Warranty
Sign up to register the warranty on your Alues.
Alues are extended a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship. We will glady replace or repair any Alue sunglasses found to be defective free of charge. Alue retains sole discretion to determine any factory defect and this warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including accidental breakage or scratched lenses. This warranty does not apply to any eyewear that has been altered in any way, including insertion of non Alue Optics’ lenses. This warranty does not cover shipping costs. Repairs will be completed and returned within one to two weeks via UPS ground service. Sunglasses returned within the one-year warranty period must include the following:
- Original proof of purchase or sales receipt including the date and retailer information
- A brief note explaining the frame defect
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- Return address
